“You’d make a great
graphic designer.”
- my momma bear
How does that saying go? Mom’s are always right?
Who knew a comment my mom made to me one day when she caught me stressing over making my presentation as pretty as possible in junior high would stick with me until it came time to apply to colleges? To be fair, I have a feeling she knew I’d be headed into a creative industry long before then too as I was always drawing, coloring, anything creative. That computer on the right? That monster ran hours upon hours of Kid Pix and still houses dozens of PowerPoints I meticulously designed as a small child.
I like to think my mom was right and that I do make a great graphic designer - but I understand, you don’t know my wonderful momma bear, so I hope taking a look at my portfolio and resume also help convince you of that statement!
Four years of schooling at the University of Minnesota - Duluth where I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Marketing, an internship with Visit Duluth, an internship with Duluth Children’s Museum, and going on 7 years at Camp Bow Wow Corporate where I’ve worked my way up from Graphic Designer to Senior Graphic Designer are responsible for making me the designer I am today.
I have a love for building and maintaining strong branding, smart design and marketing backed by analytics and research, and educating anyone who will listen about the importance of branding and good design. I’d love the chance to get to know you, your team, and your company and see if we’d make a great fit together!

proud cat mom
I have two cats, Mopsy (box) and Maple (igloo). The problem with these lovely ladies is that Mopsy doesn’t like Maple, can you tell by her facial expression? Even though Maple has desperately tried to be Mopsy’s friend for over four years now, she’s still being shot down in flames. This means the pictures I have of them close together like this are very few and far in-between. That means the best I have to offer for your viewing pleasure is this picture of them being stereotypical “if I fits I sits” cats. Enjoy!
concert fiend
There’s nothing cooler to me than getting to see the greats do their thing whether it’s concerts, sports, artists, etc. My entire family is big into going to concerts for a range of artists and genres. My two favorite concerts are very opposite, but happen to be some of the greatest - Taylor Swift and The Rolling Stones, pictured above. I was lucky enough to go with my dad to see The Stones in Las Vegas in May 2024. It was incredible to see these living legends doing what they do best live in the flesh for longer than I’ve been alive.
optimistic sports fan
I’ve been a diehard Minnesota Wild fan for over 10 years, forever optimistic about this team. I will admit my win/loss record for games skews very heavily one sided (guess which way). I attend a handful of games every season, now including the Minnesota Frost as well. As a graphic designer, I unbiasedly think the Wild also have one of the best logos in the league. Be warned, if we get on the topic of the Wild, I will make the joke that I am still freezing cold from attending the Winter Classic Game in 2022, if you know you know.
