Customer Acquisition Campaign
TO GET MORE 2-LEGGED + 4-LEGGED CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE DOORS
Camp Bow Wow’s main marketing objective is increasing interviews, a trial day each pup who wishes to attend Camp Bow Wow must go through to ensure they meet all entrance requirements and are a good behavioral fit for the Camp environment. I worked alongside the VP of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, and Digital Marketing Specialist to design this customer acquisition campaign that’s focused on educating the public on Camp Bow Wow’s interview process, in hopes getting the word out about interviews led to an increase in new customers coming through the doors. This campaign included an eye-catching email, to be sent to all leads in the system, and a social media carousel that was posted to the official Camp Bow Wow accounts which totals over 800,000 followers across all locations.
When designing both of these assets, I wanted to create as much movement as possible. Straying away from the static approach makes the viewers eye travel across all aspects of the design which gets more parts of the design seen, since the viewer doesn’t know where the text and image will appear next. This helps increase time spent looking at the design and solidifies the idea of Camp Bow Wow in a person’s mind.
