TRADESHOW BOOTH

The Franchise Sales Team was in need of a new tradeshow booth that showcased both who Camp Bow Wow is and their success as an industry leader. Because a Franchise Sales Representative would always be in attendance, I limited text and focused on getting people to stop by the booth using playful dog imagery. One picture was chosen to represent each service as well as images of the facilities itself.

To communicate Camp Bow Wow’s success, their most powerful statistics and differentiators were highlighted. Since Camp Bow Wow is always growing in their success, I needed a way for these stats to be updated in a cost effective manner. The colorful flags on the top are magnetic and can be easily updated when the Franchise Sales Team deems fit.

Since implementing the new design, the Franchise Sales Team has reported an increase in attendees stopping at their booth.

Take a Closer Look! 〰️

I used picture frames in Camp Bow Wow’s accent yellow to make the pictures seem more purposefully placed rather than ‘floating’ in mid air.

Since the monitor is mounted, I established a safe area around where it would be hung so no part of the image would be covered either by the monitor or the shadow it casts.

In the Golden Retriever photograph, I purposefully didn’t zoom in more on the pup because I wanted to showcase the room he is in. This room is referred to as a “Luxury Suite” and is different than the standard boarding Cabin. I chose this image specifically to highlight an additional feature at Camp Bow Wow that the Franchise Sales Representative can use as a talking point.

I selected the cutout image on the bottom because it allowed me to showcase not only three adorable pups but it showcases the play equipment, high quality turf, and also allows the Representative to discuss how dogs are separated by weight classes at Camp Bow Wow.

DESIGN

CALLOUTS

The Franchise Sales Team specifically asked me to include a map with all current open and coming soon locations on top of one of the pillars so they could use it as a reference when speaking to visitors. This became a way to get customers in to the booth area to have more of a conversation rather than handing out flyers.

The Franchise Team also wanted to incorporate these business callouts that they also highlight in a variety of their other sales materials. I used the tennis ball doodle to create movement around all four sides of the pillar. Since the other pillar is a collage, I kept this design more simple to restore balance. Since the pillar designs are printed on fabric, they can be washed should they become dirty, which is why I went with the white background to go with the white background on the backwall.
